Services for Ada L. McMahan, 82, Logansport, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Gundrum Funeral Home.
She died at 12:10 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006, in WoodBridge Health Campus.
Born Sept. 15, 1924, in Switzerland County, she was the daughter of John Frank and Elizabeth Arnold Smith. She was married June 26, 1948, in Logansport, to Wilbur D. McMahan, who survives.
Ada formerly worked at Camelot in the dietary department. She also had worked at Chase Convalescent Center.
Ada enjoyed doing needlepoint, playing cards and in her younger years was very active as a Den Mother for the Boy Scouts and was involved in the PTA.
Also surviving are two sons, Gary McMahan and his wife, Elaine, Janesville, Wis., and Rick McMahan, Sunnyvale, Calif.; and two grandchildren, Joseph and Joshua McMahan, both of Kokomo.
One brother, Bill Smith; two half brothers, Joseph and Eugene Smith, and one half sister, preceded in death.
Rev. William Art Maloney will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
