Alice Tyler

Alice B. Tyler, 49, of Kokomo and formerly of Logansport, passed away Friday, November 8, 2013 at 6:24 am in St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo.

Born November 10, 1963 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Edward Scott and Rose Marie (Johnson) Helvie.

Alice formerly worked at the Corner Cupboard and the Holiday Inn of Logansport.
Alice was a member of the Deer Creek Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed word puzzles, watching Duane fish and just life in general.

Survivors include her long time companion of twenty years, Duane Roller, Kokomo; three Goddaughters, Christina Hunt, FL; Amber Tancredi, FL; Shannon Carpenter, FL; three sisters, Pat (Gary) Jones, Sherry Malott and Deb Good. One sister, Barbara Dinkel, preceded in death.

A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, November 12, 2013 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Ronald Green officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 - 7:00 pm Monday, November 11, 2013 in the funeral home. Burial will be in the Mount Hope cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Association.
