Ardis Burns

Ardis S. Burns, 83 of Logansport, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017 at Chase Center in Logansport.

Born on September 14, 1933 in Kokomo, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Alma (Pritchard) Perkins.  On April 5, 1953 in Logansport, she married Robert R. Burns who survives.

Ardis retired from Equitable Life Assurance Company. She was a graduate of Logansport High School and a former member of the American Kennel Club.

Surviving along with her husband Robert, are five children, Richard (Kim) Martin, Rochester; Tracy (Larry) Ogan, Macy; Gary Burns, Georgia, Jon (Nanci) Burns, Onward; Dan Burns, Rochester; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence, Don and Jim Perkins.
