Ayden Lee Simmons , 26 days old, of Lafayette, Indiana, died at 6:20 am Sunday, April 20, 2014 in Peyton Manning Children's Hospital, Indianapolis, IN.

Born March 25, 2014 in Lafayette, IN, he was the son of Thomas Lee Simmons and Jessica Marie Armstrong who survive.

Other survivors include maternal grandparents Scott and Linda Armstrong of Logansport, IN; maternal grandmother, Tanya Thompson and fiancé©e Charles Moore of Portage, IN; paternal grandparents, Richard and Laurie Simmons of Lafayette, IN; sister, Alexis Armstrong; two brothers, Thomas Lee Simmons Jr. and Cameron Simmons; several aunts and uncles.

Ayden was preceded in death by one brother, Scott David Bailey.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the Gundrum Funeral Home. Officiating the services will be Rev. Kelly R. Spencer.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at the Gundrum Funeral Home, Logansport, Indiana.

Contributions may be made to the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital.
