Barbara Young

Barbara J. Young, 97 of Logansport, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Millers Merry Manor in Logansport.

Born on March 21 , 1918 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Elizabeth (Lottridge) Jenkines.  Barbara was a former assistant bank manager for Farmers & Merchants State Bank.

Surviving are three grandsons, Jason Young and wife Laura, Fishers; Jamie Young and wife Jaynene, Waltham, MA; Trampas Young and wife Tracey, Logansport; six great grandchildren, Braxton, Baylee, Dalton, Maverick, Jamieson, and Pierce Young.

She was preceded in death by one son, Thomas Young; and one sister, Albertine Raub.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the Mt Hope Cemetery with Rev. Aaron Gross officiating.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 1:00 PM until 2:45 PM in the Gundrum Funeral Home.
