Betty Mcfatridge

Services for Betty P. McFatridge, 85, Logansport, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Gundrum Funeral Home.

She died at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2008, in Homewood Health Campus in Lebanon.

Born Feb. 3, 1923, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Glen Pearson and Marie Rose Mode. She was married April 5, 1944, in Logansport, to Thomas Wayne McFatridge, who preceded in death Oct. 16, 2003.

Betty retired from the RBM and was a homemaker.

She enjoyed quilting and playing her organ.

Surviving are daughters, Pam Jones and husband, Bill, Carmel, Linda Barr and husband, Gary, Crawfordsville, and Sharon Allen and husband, Rich, Logansport; son, Bob McFatridge and wife, Renee, Tampa, Fla.; sister, Mary Buttice and husband, John, Logansport; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and three great-grandchildren.

Dr. Horace Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
