Betty Tillett

Betty Tillett, 91
Born May 11, 1919, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Autho Dee LaDow and Sylva Dodrill.
Her marriage was to James G. Tillett on June 1, 1941, in Logansport. He preceded her in death on July 21, 1981.
She retired from The Golden Rule in 1981. She made deliveries for Meals on Wheels and enjoyed gardening.
Surviving are a daughter, Patricia Ann Maudlin of Fishers, and two sons, Mike P. Tillett of Delphi and Jerry J. Tillett of Van Nuys, Calif.
Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A brother, Charles E. LaDow, preceded in death.
Visitation from noon until the 1 p.m. service Friday, Dec. 3, 2010, at Gundrum Funeral Home, the Rev. Zachary Rainey officiating. Burial at Riverview Cemetery in Monticello.
