Bobbie Moss

Bobbie Moss, age 76, of Franklin, TN and Logansport, passed away Saturday at 1:14 pm at his TN residence.

Born June 18, 1936 in Silver Point, TN, he was the son of the late Kenneth Douglas and Earline C. "Clemons" Moss.

On September 3, 1960 in Crown Point, IN he married Carol Jean Meyer who preceded him in death on February 14, 2007. September 4, 2008 in Franklin, TN he married Irene Frost who survives.

Bobbie retired in 1998 as a school teacher for North Miami Elementary School. He was a member of the New Life Alliance Church and the Franklin, TN Liars Club and coffee drinkers.

Surviving along with his wife is a daughter, Julie(Jon) Joynson, Fennville, MI; one step daughter, Sherry (Robert) Hutchinson, Belleview, TN; two step sons, Ray Locke and companion Neressa, Greg (Sherry) Locke, both of Franklin, TN; two grandchildren, Mikki (Gregory) Vincent, Novi, MI and Taylor Joynson, Holland, MI; seven step- grandchildren and seven-step great grandchildren. One son, Jeff Moss, one sister, Patricia Wade and one brother, David Moss, preceded him in death.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Fred Drye officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from noon until time of services on Wednesday at the Gundrum Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the New Life Alliance Church or the Bethlehem United Methodist Church
