Bonnie Hile, 80 of Logansport, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2018 in her residence.
Born on April 7, 1938 in Cass County, Indiana, she was the daughter to the late Alvin Fry Sr. and Willmira DeWitt. On June 20, 1955 in Logansport, she married Vernon Willis Hile who preceded in death on October 15, 2012.
Bonnie was a homemaker, and a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Logansport.
Surviving are two sons, Allan S. (Alyssa) Hile, South Bend; and Nick (Tiffany) Hile, Lucerne; six daughters, Connie (Joe) Schenke, New York; Laura (Justin) Vera, South Bend; Cindy (Stephen) Hardy, Logansport; Christy Hile, Logansport; Ashley (Josh) Roudebush, Logansport; Heather Hile, Indianapolis; three sisters, Nada Rouch, Logansport; Joyce Rentschler, Ohio; Juanita (Frank) Hines, Walton; several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Kay Cannon; a brother, Alvin Fry Jr.; several grandchildren, one great grandchild; two brother in laws, and one sister in law.
A celebration of life will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Schenke officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday in Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until the time of service on Wednesday in the Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Joe Schenke missions in memory of Bonnie Hile.
