Bonnie Rush

Bonnie M. Rush, 91 of Logansport, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Woodbridge Health Campus in Logansport.

Born on April 1, 1926 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Grace (Stamper) Adams. On October 28, 1944 in Walton, Indiana she married Raymon R. Rush who preceded in death on June 3, 2015.

Bonnie was a homemaker. She was a member of Onward Christian Church and enjoyed playing card games. She loved flowers, cooking, and canning foods she grew in her garden. She cherished the time she got to spend with her friends and family.

Surviving are two sons, Phil (Freda) Rush, New Palestine, IN; Dennis J. (Joset) Rush, Logansport; grandchildren, Tina Rush, Canton, MI; Greg Rush, Logansport; Todd (Dawn) Rush, Shirley, IN; 3 step grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 5 step great grandchildren; nephews, Jack (Judy) Berlet, Walton; Morris (Carol) Little, Logansport; Niece, Bonnie Sailors, Walton; several other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 6 sisters.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 15, 2017 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Rod Mason officiating. Burial will follow at Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Logansport.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Monday.

Memorials may be made to the Onward Christian Church Memorial Fund.
