Brooke Nichole Day, 24 of Logansport, passed away Saturday, August 5, 2017 in her residence.

Born on June 22, 1993 in Knox, IN, she was the daughter of Christopher L. Day and Corina L. (Singleton) Walker. Brooke worked at Braun Mobility in Winamac and was a 2012 graduate of Pioneer High School.

Brooke warmed the hearts of all who knew her, and was loved deeply by her family and friends. Her bright light will shine on in her beautiful children, Allissia (3) and Ezra (18 months) who were the center of her universe.

Surviving along with her children is her mother, Corina L. (Chad) Walker, Logansport; father, Christopher (Toni) Day, LaPorte; two sisters, Corissa Singleton, Logansport; Kristie (Matt) Wedding, Evansville; two brothers, Austin Day and Trevor Day, both of LaPorte; maternal grandparents, Greg (Judy) Singleton Sr., West Virginia; Helen (Rusty) Hendricks, Plymouth; Kevin (Darla) Cowell; Terry (Janette) Walker, both of Logansport; paternal grandparents, Dan (Karen) Day, LaPorte; maternal great grandfather, Raymond Singleton Sr., Grovertown; maternal great grandmother, Rosie Clark, Ohio; niece, Sophie Wedding; nephew, Brance Singleton and several Aunts and Uncles.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Ethan Day.

A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 10, 2017 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Dr. Horace Smith officiating.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 – 7:00 PM on Thursday, also in the Gundrum Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the Brooke Day Family Memorial Fund in care of Security Federal Savings Bank. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
