Carol Drummond

Carol A. Drummond, 73, of Logansport, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2013 at 10:22 PM at Memorial Hospital in Logansport.

Born April 29, 1940 in White County, IN , she was the daughter of the late David W. and Anna S. (Skelton) Roller. On May 5, 1963 in Logansport, she married Jerry A. Drummond who survives.

Carol retired in 2005 from the S.U.S. Cast Products Inc. She was a member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, and American Legion Post 60 Ladies Auxiliary. Carol enjoyed yard work and an occasional trip to the Blue Chip Casino.

Surviving along with her husband is one step son, Kevin A. Drummond, Logansport; step daughter, Darlene E. (Chris) Mills, Frankfort; five grandchildren, Kenneth A. Drummond, California; Shaun Weiand, Logansport; Scott Bradley Shackelford, Logansport; Chad Shackelford, Logansport; Stormy Green, Logansport; four great grandchildren, Dominic and Kallie Baker, Briar Green, and Brooklynn Makayla Drummond; brother, Jim (Rosa) Roller, Logansport; three sisters, Barbara Vester, Westfield; Kay Rush; and Linda Gabel, both of Logansport.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters, one son, Dudley Eugene, and one great grandson, Ian Drummond.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM Thursday, September 5, 2013 in the Gundrum Funeral Home, with Pastor K.C. Dehning officiating. Burial will be in Davis Cemetery, Burnettsville.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Thursday.
