Carol Frushour

Carol J. Frushour, 89, of Logansport passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2015 in the Emergency Room at Memorial Hospital in Logansport.

Born on September 24, 1925 in Carroll County, Indiana she was the daughter of the late James W. and Dorothy J. (Clifton) Sink.  On February 28, 1946 in Wheeling, Indiana she married Wilbur E. Frushour who preceded in death on October 17, 1996.

Carol retired in 1982 from the Logansport High School Cafeteria after working there for 14 years. She was a member of the Deer Creek Presbyterian Church and a former member of Calvary Presbyterian Church. Carol also volunteered  for Memorial Hospital and the Carousel.

Surviving is one daughter, Nancy J. (Charlie) Trinoskey, Logansport; son, Joseph D. (Becky) Frushour, Mason, MI; four grandchildren, Jill (Troy) Hintz, Peru, IN; Eric (Aimee) Trinoskey, St. Petersburg, FL; Andy (Emily) Frushour, DeWitt, MI; Casey (Anna) Frushour, Ann Arbor, MI; five great grandchildren, Ryan & Emma Hintz; Abby, Kate & Max Frushour.

She was preceded in death by one brother.

A celebration of life will be held at Noon on Thursday, April 16, 2014 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with the Rev. Harry Roselle officiating. Burial will be in the Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora, IN.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until time of services on Thursday.

Memorials may be made to the Deer Creek Presbyterian Church.
