Charles Justice

Charles L. Justice, 80, of Logansport, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014 at 12:06 PM in his residence, surrounded by his family.

Born on December 7, 1933 in Fulton Co., IN, he was the son of the late Morgan and Nellie (Rife) Justice. On September 5, 1953 in Fulton, Indiana he married Esther Ellen Gunter who survives.

Charles was a retired truck driver for Gotwall Trucking.
He was a member of Tipton Masonic Lodge #33 and Murat Shrine Temple of Indianapolis.

Surviving along with his wife is two daughters, Diana (John) Byers, Marion, IN; Alberta Aarion, Daytona Beach, FL; daughter in law, Teresa Justice, Macy, IN; one son-in-law, Ralph Lopez, Peru; three sisters, Alberta Sharp, Knoxville, IL; Mary Jane Hess, Juanita (Dick) Ross, both of Logansport; brother, Robert (Carol Lee) Justice, Logansport; six grandchildren, Jennifer (Andy) Scoles, Knoxville, TN; Kayla (Jeremy) Chapman, Lucerne, IN; Eddie (Michelle) Lopez, Rochester, IN; Matthew (Carolyn) Lopez, Daytona Beach, FL; Brandon (Melea) Justice, Twelve Mile, IN; Bradley Justice, Macy, IN; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and special caregivers, his granddaughter Kayla Chapman, his sister in law Pat Howard, and friend Kathy Ehler.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 in the Kistler Cemetery, Royal Center, IN.
