Christina L. DeWitt, 51, Lucerne, died at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at her residence.
Born March 27, 1961, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Meredith D. McClure and Patricia Gibson. She was married June 12, 1982, in Metea, to David A. DeWitt.
Christina worked as a kitchen and bath designer at Home Depot.
A 1980 graduate of Caston High School, she was a member of Metea Baptist Church where she was also a Sunday school teacher.
Surviving are husband, David A. DeWitt, Lucerne; son, Tad A. DeWitt, Lucerne; daughter, Kerri L.M. Blair, Lucerne; granddaughters, Taylor L. Blair, Peru, Charleigh Rose Tibbs, LaPorte; mother, Patricia Maroney and husband, Billy, Lucerne; father and mother-in-law, Dale and Diane DeWitt, Lucerne; sisters, Sabrena A. Ide and husband, Dennis, Logansport, and Joellen M. Hines and husband, Dennis, Royal Center; brother, Robert D. McClure and wife, Heidi, Denver, Colo.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Meredith D. McClure.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Cordes officiating. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Cass County.
Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Metea Baptist Church.
