Colleen Graf

Colleen S. Graf, 61, of Logansport, passed away Monday, October 21, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born on July 16, 1958 in Logansport, she is the daughter of the late Thomas G. and Patricia (Carew) Coleman.  Colleen worked as a phlebotomist at Memorial Hospital in Logansport.

Colleen was a 1975 graduate of Pioneer High School.

Surviving Colleen is a daughter, Jessica Day, Logansport; grandchildren, Ashlynn Day and Caleb Day; sister, Andree “Andy” Homburg, Royal Center; several nieces and nephews.

Per Colleen’s request, there will be no services.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
