A celebration of life for Dale Allen Williamson, 37, Burrows, will be held will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Gundrum Funeral Home.
Dale went to be with our Lord at 3:12 p.m. Feb. 20, 2008, after a five-year battle with a malignant brain tumor.
He was born Sept. 24, 1970, to Larry Joe and Nancy Hamm Williamson in Logansport. He graduated from Delphi Community High School in 1988 and from Vincennes University in 1990 with an associateâs degree in banking and finance.
Dale was a member of Clymers United Methodist Church and when able attended services at Whirlwind Ministries.
Dale loved God, his family, horses and NASCAR racing. He loved to visit Mackinac Island. He and his sense of humor will leave a large hole in his family unit.
Surviving with his mother are his twin sister, Lynn Tribbett, and husband Kevin, Monticello; sister, Stephanie Cripe and husband Jerry, Brownsburg; brother, Steven Williamson, and wife, Casady, Indianapolis; nieces Kristen Alberts, Addie Tribbett, and Audrey, Lucy and Susan Williamson; and nephew Elijah Tribbett.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Pastor Greg Britt will officiate at the services. Burial will be at Keeps Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Gundrum Funeral Home.
