Dana Schroder

Dana Lee “ Mr. Handsome” Schroder, age 65, of Logansport, passed away Monday October 17, 2022, in his residence.

Born October 17, 1958, in Logansport to Ralph and Angeline (Mittica) Schroder. On March 26, 2021, in Logansport he married Teresa J. (Hosler) who survives.

Dana was a brick layer and owned and operated Schroder Masonry Inc. for many years. He most recently was employed by Carter’s Concrete Block Inc.. Dana was a member of Elk’s lodge #66, Moose Lodge #232, Isaac Walton League and was a graduate of Logansport High School. He enjoyed Duck hunting, Deer Hunting, and fishing.

Survivors, including his wife Teresa, are two sons, Andrew Schroder, Indianapolis; Samuel Schroder, Indianapolis; two stepdaughters, Jadyn See, Logansport; Kassie See, Lackland AFB San Antinio, TX; mother, Angeline Schroder, Logansport; Brother, Rick (Barbara) Schroder, Logansport; two sisters, Vickie Castelli, Colorado; Cindy (Jerry) Saboski, South Bend; two sisters-in-law’s, Karen (Brad) Kelley, Twelve Mile; Sherry Costello, Logansport; several nieces and nephews.

Dana was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Schroder.

A celebration of life service will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday October 24, 2022, in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Father Adam Mauman officiating.

A visitation will be held from 4-7 pm Monday Oct. 24, 2022, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Memorial Hospital Foundation for the Cancer Center.
