Daryl Lewis

Daryl Andrew Lewis, age 48, of Logansport, passed away Tuesday March 15, 2016 at 9:15 am in Sheridan Rehabilitation and Health Care of Sheridan, IN.

Daryl was born on June 23, 1967 in Peru, IN to Mearle and Phyllis (Dilts) Lewis.

Daryl was a truck driver for Angle Trucking. He also was a United States Army Veteran.

Survivors include his mother, Phyllis Gangloff, Logansport; Companion, Sindie Lowery, Logansport; one daughter, Crystal Lewis, Madison; three sons, Mason, Peyton and Cody Lewis; one brother, Rex (Crystal) Gangloff, Logansport; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

A private service will be held at a later date.
