David Ropp

David L. Ropp, 75, of Logansport passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at his residence.
Born on October 16, 1938 in Logansport, he was the son of the late Parley A. Ropp Sr. and Edna (Wolfe) Ropp. On August 19, 1961 in Frankfort, Indiana he married Sandra L. Dunn who survives.
Mr. Ropp retired from Matthew Warren after 27 years of service. He was a United States Navy Veteran serving from 1956-1959. David was a member of the Bible Holiness Church in Logansport.
Surviving along with his wife is one son, Jeff (Diane) Ropp; and three grandchildren, Stephanie Ropp; Darrin Ropp; and Brian Ropp, all of Chariton, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 5, 2014 in the Gundrum Funeral Home, with Pastor David Bigger & Rev. Lonny Dunn officiating. Burial with full Military Graveside Rites will be in Harper Cemetery, Logansport.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 PM Saturday, also in the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Bible Holiness Church in Logansport.
