Dianna L. Knight, 56, Logansport, died at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2010, in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis.
Born Jan. 6, 1954, in Cass County, she was the daughter of John Henry Halsema and Rosemary Murray. She was married Dec. 30, 1975, in Cass County, to Lloyd Robert Knight, who survives.
Dianna was a homemaker.
She was a friend to many people who struggled with cancer. She offered motivation and guidance through their struggles and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Dianna was a big animal lover, and loved by many.
Surviving are husband, Lloyd Robert Knight, Logansport; daughter, Jessica Marie Adair and companion, Frank Woodward, Logansport; grandson, Justin Adair, Logansport; mother and stepfather, Rosemary and Rex Kantzer, Logansport; sisters, Laura Bonnell and husband, Jeff, Royal Center, Janet Albright, Carmel, and Becky Burtner and husband, Dennis, Lebanon; stepsons, Lloyd S. Knight and James E. Knight, both of Logansport; seven stepgrandchildren; one stepgreat-grandson; and K-9 companion, Brittany Spears Knight, Logansport.
Celebration of life services will be at 7 p.m. Saturday at Gundrum Funeral Home with the Rev. Aaron Gross officiating.
Friends may call from 3 p.m. until time of services Saturday at the
funeral home.
