Dolores Bonnell

Dolores J. Bonnell, 87 of Kewanna, passed away Monday, April 3, 2017 in her residence.

Born on May 1, 1929 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Richard Arthur and Helen (Morris) Grace.  On June 28, 1947 in Logansport, she married Donald A. Bonnell Jr who survives.

Dolores was a homemaker, she was a member of the Zion United Methodist Church of Lucerne and the Extension Homemakers Club.

Surviving along with her husband Donald, are three daughters, Harriet (Doug) Middaugh, Kewanna; Donna (Jim) Mikesell, Delphi; Mary Lou Youde, Phoenix, AZ; two sisters, Barb (Joe) Lewis, Kokomo; Rosemary Vernon, Logansport; grandchildren, Scott Michael, Logansport; Kathy (Marvin) Pierce, Pahrump, NV; Heather (Mark) Eastin, Phoenix, AZ; great grandchildren, Taylor Michael; Bryce Michael; Jakob Richardson; Shane Hoch; Emmett Eastin; and Ranger Eastin; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Ellars; and three brothers, Donald, Arthur and Ralph Grace.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, April 6, 2017 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Bruce Vernon officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion United Methodist Cemetery, Lucerne.

Visitation will be held from Noon until the time of service on Thursday in the Gundrum Funeral Home.
