Donald W. Seybold, 85, Logansport, passed away at 10:50 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, in his residence.
Born May 1, 1927 in Logansport, Don was the son of the late Henry E. Sr. and Daisy Crispen Seybold.
On June 9, 1968 in Logansport, Don married Wanda L. Cole (Kuhn) who survives.
Don was a retired signalman for the Conrail railroad, where he had worked for forty five years. He was a World War 2 Army Veteran, a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Surviving with his wife, Wanda, are one daughter, Tara (David) Bright, Illinois; two sons, Randy (Dena) Kuhn, Logansport and Mark (Liz) Kuhn of Wisconsin; ten grandchildren, Christopher (Monica) Kuhn, Wabash, Kendra Kuhn, Fishers, Erica Nelson, Lindsey Kuhn and Seth Kuhn, all of Wisconsin, Ethan Bright, Darin Bright and Kimberly Bright, all of Illinois, Cheyanne Camp and Carley Camp, of Logansport; three great grandchildren, Camryn Kuhn, Tenley Kuhn and Olivia Nelson.
One brother, Henry E. Seybold Jr., preceded in death.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, December 20, 2012 at the Gundrum Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Larry Frye officiating. Burial will follow with full military rites in the Shideler cemetery near Logansport.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of services on Thursday at the funeral home.
