Services for Donna May Thomas Berry, 79, Logansport, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Gundrum Funeral Home.
She died at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2007, in Life Care Center of Rochester.
Born Aug. 12, 1928, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Donald Cecil and Maude May Seramer Thomas. She was married May 15, 1949, in Logansport, to Chester W. Berry, who preceded in death.
A 1947 graduate of Logansport High School, Donna retired as an attendant from the Logansport State Hospital. She had also worked at General Telephone Company and St. Joseph Hospital.
Surviving are sons, David L. Berry and wife, Celisa, Donald W. Berry and wife, Vickie, and Douglas L. Berry and wife, Pam, all of Logansport; daughters, Debra J. Vanata and husband, Alan, Phoenix, Ariz., Darlene M. Hinkle and husband, Jan, Dena S. Noble and husband, Nelson, and Deanna M. Helton and husband, Joe, all of Logansport; sisters, Jean Raber, California, Marjorie Ellis, Florida, and Rosalie Klotz, Logansport; 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
One sister, Betty Delp, and two great-grandchildren, preceded in death.
Dr. Horace Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
