Douglas L. Schrum

Memorial services for Douglas L. Schrum, 43, Logansport, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Gundrum Funeral Home.

He died at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at his residence.

Born July 31, 1964, in Logansport, he was the son of Joe R. and Joyce Little Schrum.

Doug was employed by Carlisle Industrial Brake & Friction. He was a member of Dykeman’s Men’s Golf League, Elks Lodge 66 and was an avid golfer. Doug was a 1982 graduate of Logansport High School.

Surviving are one son, Eric Schrum, Logansport; life partner, Kelly Schrum, Logansport; his father, Joe R. Schrum, Monticello; his mother, Joyce Schrum, Logansport; paternal grandparents, Raymond and Miriam Schrum, Reading, Pa.; sister, Trisha Ketterer and husband, Mark, Georgetown, Floyd County, and Andrea Raymer, Peru; half brother, Patrick Schrum and wife, Lisa, Logansport; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The Rev. Scott Ellison will officiate.

Friends may call from noon until time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
