Duane Chapman

Duane D. Chapman, 52, of Logansport, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022, in his residence.

Born on August 2, 1969, in Logansport and is the son of Darrell and Sherry (Grable) Chapman.

Duane was a 1987 graduate of Caston High School. He was a man of many trades, an auto/truck mechanic, tree service, roofing, snow plowing, a wrecker driver when called, and so much more.  He was his own boss and that’s the way he liked it.  He enjoyed his Harley Davidson motorcycles and working on them. He also had a great affection for his Doberman’s.

Duane is survived by his parents, Darrell and Sherry Chapman; his brother, Dan Chapman all of Twelve Mile; Duane’s long-time partner, Jennifer Black of Peru; aunts, uncles, cousins and several friends.

Duane was preceded in death by his son, Kyle William Chapman, and his grandparents, Helen McDaniel, Weldon and Lucille Grable.

No funeral or visitation will take place, there will be a very casual gathering at a later date.
