Emma Frances "Fran" Davis, 76, Huntington, died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010, in her residence.

Born Sept. 14, 1934, in Cass County, she was the daughter of Carl Andrew and Beulah Belle McCloskey Dietz. She was married July 3, 1954, in Carroll County, to Harold Raymond Davis, who preceded in death May 15, 2009.

Emma retired from White Rogers in Logansport.

She was a member of Roanoke Baptist Church. Mrs. Davis enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved her heavenly father, her family and church family.

Surviving are daughter, Terry Lynn Clay and husband, Michael, Huntington; grandsons, Jason R. Miller and wife, Emily, Logansport, and Kyle S. Miller and wife, Shannon, Noblesville; great-grandsons, Owen Miller and Eli Miller, both of Logansport, and Graham Miller, Noblesville; great-granddaughters, Elliott Miller, Logansport, and Emma Miller, Noblesville; sisters, Cathryn Kuszmaul and husband, Bill, Spencer, and Diana Jo Beeler, Annapolis, Md.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Norma Austin and Rita Richter; and three brothers, Bob Dietz, C.W. Dietz and Jerry Dietz.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor James Bachman officiating.

Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Roanoke Baptist Church.
