Faith Abigail Bennett

Faith Abigail Bennett, 22, of Elmer, NJ, formerly of Peru, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Inspira Medical Center in Elmer, NJ.

Born on June 26, 2001, in Peru, she is the daughter of Tony Bennett and the late Melody Ann Childers.

Faith was born with spina bifida, but never let that slow her down.  She enjoyed playing softball, participating in swing choir at Lewis Cass, and loved to talk.  Faith never met a stranger and could carry on a conversation with anyone in the room.

Surviving along with father, Tony, are her maternal grandparents, Richard & Cheryl Nance of Peru; paternal grandparents, Leon & Sandy (Legg) Ricks of Alabama; sister, Breanna (Brandon) Orpurt of Kokomo; several aunts, uncles and cousins. 

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 in the Ever-Rest Memorial Park Chapel.
