Gary Krzaczkowski

Services for Gary Dennis Krzaczkowski, 58, Kewanna, will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Gundrum Funeral Home.

He died at 11:25 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 31, 2006, in Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana, Fort Wayne.

Born March 12, 1948, in Detroit, Mich., he was the son of Edward and Frances Czerwinski Krzaczkowski.

Gary was employed by Rural King as a mechanic.

He enjoyed John Wayne and Elvis Presley movies, and also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving are two daughters, Amanda Eyman and her husband, Victor, Logansport, and Heather Krzaczkowski, Horse Shoe, N.C.; one son, Brandon Krzaczkowski, Horse Shoe, N.C.; his mother, Frances Krzaczkowski, Westland, Mich.; one sister, Carol Caudle and her husband, Ron, Hendersonville, N.C.; two brothers, John Krzaczkowski, Westland, Mich., and E.J. Krzaczkowski and his wife, Karen, Michigan; and two grandchildren, Abigail Lee Eyman and Jessie Ryan Eyman.

Stan Forker will officiate at the services.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
