Geraldine Hauser

Geraldine F. Hauser, 90, of Lucerne passed away Monday, February 4, 2019 at Woodlawn Hospital in Rochester.

Born on February 21, 1928 in Cass County, Indiana, she is the daughter to the late Clark and Lucile (Tredway) Peter.  On October 19, 1946 in Logansport, she married Francis L. Hauser who preceded in death on December 4, 1997.

Geraldine worked for R.B.M. and General Tire before retiring from Hildebrandt’s. She graduated from Metea High School and enjoyed quilting, going to garage sales and spending time with her family.

Surviving her is a daughter, Jean Ogle of Rochester, IN; son, David (Faye) Hauser of Lucerne, IN; brother, Frederick Peter of Logansport, IN; two granddaughters, Kimberly (Steve) Ritter of Kewanna, IN, Jamie (Daniel) McDaniel of Mechanicsburg, IN; two grandsons, Kevin (Darci) Ogle of Rochester, IN, Joshua Hauser of Rochester, IN; four great-granddaughters, LeeAnn, Kenna, Alyssa and Sydney; three great-grandsons, Dylan, Travis and Kyle; Great Great Grandson, Logan.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Peter and a granddaughter.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Cree officiating. Burial will follow in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Logansport.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Friday.
