Harold Beall

Services for Harold G. Beall, 95, Logansport, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Gundrum Funeral Home.

He died at 6:10 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, in Miller’s Merry Manor.

Born Jan. 23, 1913, in Vigo County, he was the son of Robert Francis and Virgin Fritz Beall. He was married Aug. 14, 1955, in Crawfordsville, to Pauline R. Beall, who preceded in death Feb. 27, 2008.

Harold retired in 1976 from Pennsylvania/Conrail Railroad Co.

He was a member of United Transportation Union and Shiloh Christian Church.

Surviving are sons, Dan Beall and wife, Lucinda, Rome City, and Robert Beall and wife, Angela, Twelve Mile; stepdaughter, Rita Musselman and husband, Jim, Logansport; stepsons, James Grimes and wife, Irene, Fulton, and Stan Grimes and wife, Deb, Logansport; daughter-in-law, Ruby Molden and husband, Robert, Logansport; 21 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and two great-great-granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Wilma Williams and Farrel Beall; three brothers, Doug, Virgil and William Beall; two stepsons; and two great-grandchildren.

The Rev. Dirk Raderstorf will officiate. Burial will be in Kistler Cemetery, Royal Center.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Shiloh Christian Church or the Twelve Mile Fire Department.
