Services for Harold Raymond Davis, 77, Huntington, formerly of Logansport, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Gundrum Funeral Home.
He died at 9:10 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2009, in his residence.
Born Feb. 8, 1932, in White County, he was the son of Ira Herman and Margaret Denton Davis. He was married July 3, 1954, in Carroll County, to Emma Frances âFranâ Davis, who survives.
Harold retired from United Technologies in Peru as the Industrial Relations Manager.
He enjoys photography and spending time with his family, who meant everything to him. Mr. Davis was a Korean War veteran and a member of the National Rifle Association.
Surviving are his wife, Emma Frances âFranâ Davis , Huntington; daughter, Terry Lynn Clay and husband, Michael, Huntington; grandson, Jason R. Miller and wife, Emily, Logansport, and Kyle S. Miller and wife, Shannon, Noblesville; great-grandson, Owen Miller, and Eli Miller, both of Logansport; great-granddaughters, Elliott Miller, Logansport, and Emma Miller, Noblesville; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Lionel Davis, Ivan Davis, Alvin Davis and Eugene Davis.
Pastor James Bachman will officiate. Burial, with full military graveside rites, will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
