Henry Adam âHankâ Rentschler, 60, Macy, died at 6 a.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2010, in his residence.
Born Dec. 20, 1949, in Fulton County, he was the son of William Adam Rentschler and Kathryn Grace VanDuyne. He was married Aug. 30, 1980, in Fulton, to Cindy A. Richter.
Hank was a farmer.
He was a member of Fulton Masonic Lodge 665, and a member of the Scottish Right of South Bend. He also attended Fulton Baptist Temple. He enjoyed spending time with his family at home, cooking, fishing and touring the country side.
Surviving are wife, Cindy Rentschler, Macy; daughters, Laura Rentschler, Colleen Rentschler, and Christine Rentschler, all of Fulton; brother, William âBillâ Allan Rentschler and wife, Jane, Fort Wayne; sister, Donna VanMeter and husband, Dean, Kewanna; sister-in-law, Mindy Willis and husband, Mike, Peru; brother-in-law, Curt Richter and wife, Sue, Rochester; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Jackie Lee Rentschler.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Fulton Cemetery, Fulton, with the Rev. Bruce Russell officiating.
There will be no visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hospice or Fulton Baptist Temple.
