Irene Neubaum

Irene Mary Neubaum, 92, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2014 at 1:05PM in St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo, IN.

Born on April 6, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Angela Dubies.

Irene was married on May 31, 1947 in Chicago, IL to the late Clarence Elmer Neubaum, who preceded in death on December 24, 1979.

She retired as a home health caregiver for Bona Vista Programs and other agencies. Irene was an avid supporter of the Moody Bible Institute.

Surviving Irene are two daughters, Cathy Ann Neubaum, Logansport; Janice Diane Sparks and companion Dennis N. Stansbury, Logansport; two sons, Dale Scott Neubaum, Kokomo; John Brian Neubaum, Logansport; one sister, Helen Lundstrom, Chicago, IL; three grandchildren, Cody James Sparks, Brianna K. Sparks and Chad K. Neubaum; two great grandchildren, Ciara D. Coon and Kyla E. Coon.

Four brother and four sisters preceded her in death.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Gundrum Funeral Home from 4 – 7 pm Wednesday, April 16, 2014.

A private entombment will be held at Ever-Rest Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Moody Bible Institute.
