Jacqueline Sims

Jacqueline L. Sims, 65, of Logansport, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013 at her residence.

Born August 23, 1947 in Logansport, Indiana to the late James and Helen Roach Petrie. On September 2, 1995 in Logansport, IN she married Brian K. Sims who survives.

Jacqueline worked for Area 5 Agency on Aging and Community Services.

She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, former member of the Daughters of Isabella, and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She also enjoyed skipbo.

Surviving along with her husband is one daughter, Christina (John) Cover; grandson, Kegan Clark-Sanchez, both of Logansport; and two brothers, Brett (Holly) Petrie, and John (Kim) Campbell, both of Burnettsville.

She was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth Clark.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, April 22, 2013 at All Saints Catholic Church with Father Mike McKinney officiating. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 4:00 PM Sunday, April 21, 2013 in the Gundrum Funeral Home and Crematory. A Scripture Service will be held at 3:30PM
