Jane Sharp

Jane L. Sharp, 90, Logansport, died at 12:20 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, in Miller’s Merry Manor.

Born July 24, 1920, in Norfolk, Va., she was the daughter of Walter and Helen Gertrude Gotshall Heppe. She was formerly married to Albert Sharp, who preceded in death.

Jane was a homemaker and formerly worked for JCPenney and Woodlawn Center.

She was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church and was a former member of the Mary Dykeman Guild.

Surviving are son, Nathan E. Sharp, Logansport; daughter, Sandra L. Goudreau and husband, Dan, Maine; and grandchildren, Natalie Sharp, Tad Sharp and Hillary Sharp, Logansport.

She was preceded in death by one son, Samuel C. Sharp; and daughter-in-law, Shelly Sharp.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Gundrum Funeral Home with the Rev. Jessica Wietzke officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
