Services for Janet S. Hardin, 68, Logansport, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Gundrum Funeral Home.
She died at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2007, in her residence.
Born June 26, 1939, in Logansport, she was the daughter of David and Mildred M. Odom Fellers. She was married Aug. 24, 1958, in Logansport, to John D. Hardin, who survives.
Janet was a former baker for D&R Fruit Market.
She was a member of the Logansport Womenâs Bowling League and was an avid Cubs fan.
Janet loved gardening, baking, bingo, canning and spending time with family.
Also surviving are two sons, David W. Hardin and wife, Vickie, and Richard L. Hardin and wife, Tammi, all of Logansport; a brother, Raymond L. Fellers and wife, Diana, Bruce Lake; two grandchildren, Richelle Hardin, Logansport, and Mitchell L. Hardin, Fort Riley, Kan.; two stepgrandchildren, Randy Alcorn and Megan Alcorn, Logansport; two great-grandchildren, Hope and Euriah Baker, Logansport.
One brother, David E. Fellers, and one son, John D. Hardin Jr., preceded in death.
Dr. Horace Smith will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Logansport.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cass County Relay For Life.
