Jeffrey Benish Sr.

Jeffrey David Benish Sr., 54, of Logansport, passed away Sat. Oct. 12, 2019 in his residence.

Born December 18, 1964 in Logansport to Gilbert “Ben” R. Benish and Barbara (Britton) Rance.

On January 17, 1987 in Logansport he married Melissa Kaye Timmons who survives.

Jeff was the former owner and operator of Jeff’s Towing Service. He was an avid musician, enjoyed collecting antiques and spending time with his family.

Other survivors including his wife Melissa are one daughter, Kayla Marie (Jerrit) Costello, Logansport; son, Jeffrey “JJ” David Benish Jr. and Lina Moss, Logansport; step mother, Lynn Ann Benish, Logansport; two brothers, Steve Pankow, Lucerne; David (Jarusa) Rance, Lafayette; two sisters, Jeanna Benish, Colorado; Rhonda Gray, Monon; four granddaughters, Kortlyn Costello, Jaelyn Brielle Benish, Josie Costello and Mia Benish, Logansport.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Ben Benish, mother Barbara Rance, brother, Michael Stover and granddaughter, Nora Kay Costello.
