Biography

Jerry Wayne Sivits, 68, of Logansport, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 12:35 pm in Chase Center of Logansport, IN.

Born March 13, 1945, in Peru, IN, Jerry was the son of the late Von Harry and Edith Lois (Green) Sivits.

Jerry was married on May 26, 1980 in Peru, IN to Evelyn"Burchnell" O'Rourke who preceded in death in 1991.

Jerry worked as a press operator and was a United States Army Veteran.

Surviving are two brothers, Robert Sivits, Peru, IN; Charles Sivits, MS; one sister, Ruth Winegardner, Rochester, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
Jerry was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.
Services will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Ever-Rest Memorial Park in Logansport, IN.
