Joann J. Sterrett
Born June 2, 1932, in Logansport to the late Frank and Mary (Burgman) Murray. On June 21, 1952, in Logansport she married Zane L. Sterrett who preceded in death April 2, 1986.
Joann was the former office manager of Marsh Supermarket.
Survivors include two daughters, Deborah (Grant) Putnam, Logansport; Michelle (Stan Tocco) Edwards, Logansport; eight grandchildren, Dustin Putnam, Haley (Keith) Jasmantas, Kelsey (Chris) Babcock, Brittany Edwards, Miles Sterrett, Abbey Murphy and Jamie Powell; several great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; two special sisters-in-law’s, Alyce Murray and Helen Jean Mendenhall
She was also preceded in death by one son, Stephen Zane Sterrett, 2-grandchildren, Tyler Edwards and Crystal McDaniel, 2-Brothers, Frank and Richard Murray and 3-sisters, Jackie McCarter, Jeanette Harding and Betty Murray.
Per Joann’s request there will be no services and a private burial will take place in Mt. Hope Cemetery of Logansport.
