June Duddleston

June D. Duddleston, 95 of Loganport, passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 at Community Howard Regional Hospital in Kokomo.

Born on June 12, 1920 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Rosa (Hopple) Dunsizer.  On October 12, 1940 in Logansport she married Paul M. Duddleston who preceded in death on August 27, 1976.

June was a homemaker. She graduated from Logansport High School in 1938. June was a member of Cross-Wind United Methodist Church, she enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and reading.

Surviving are two daughters, Julie Killingbeck & husband William, Kokomo; Janis Gundrum & husband Boyd, Logansport; son, Eric Duddleston, Peru; six grandchildren, Rebecca Smith & husband Mike, Kokomo; Joanna Johnson & husband Joshua, Greenfield; Andrew Killingbeck and Karen Schmiegel, Noblesville; Bryan Gundrum, Logansport; John Gundrum & wife Lillie , Logansport; Kyle Duddleston, Kokomo; thirteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Melba Geyer and Thelma Weaver; and a daughter in law, Fay Duddleston.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 27, 2015 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. George Plasterer officiating.  Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Friday.
