Larry D. Hulsizer, 78, of Logansport, passed away Saturday June 4, 2016 at 11:03 am in Chase Center of Logansport.

Born October 21, 1937 in Peru to the late Jacob B. and Isel (Cook) Hulsizer. On December 18, 1959 in International Falls, MN he married Shirley Ann Duvos who survives.

Larry retired for National Friction in 2002 after 20 years of service. Larry was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War and a Lifetime member of V.F.W. Post #3790. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, metal detecting, flea markets, yard sales, watching wrestling and old cowboy shows on TV. Larry enjoyed karaoke and was well known for his band called County Beats. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving along with his wife is one daughter, Lori (Jeff) Musall, Steele, MO; one brother, Joe (Sandra) Hulsizer, Logansport; four grandchildren, Chris Campbell, James (Victoria) Cain, Zachary Cain and Dustyn Musall; six great grandchildren.

Per Larry's request there will be no visitation or funeral services. A private burial will be held at St. Johns Cemetery.
