Linda Short

Linda Sue Short, 59, of Logansport, passed away on Sunday June 25, 2017 surrounded by her family in her residence.

Born in Logansport on October 23, 1957 she was the daughter to Harry Lee Sr. and Betty L. (Walters) Mullett.

On October 28, 2016 in Logansport, IN she married David Armentrout who survives.

Linda worked at National Friction for 33 years and later worked at Carter Fuel Systems for five years. Linda was a U.A.W. Union member for 38 years and member of the V.F.W. Post #3790.

Surviving along with her husband and mother is one daughter, Angie (Peggy) Short, Lafayette, IN; two sons, Lee (Belinda) Short, Bronson, FL; Justin (Allison) Johnson, Logansport; four sisters, Janet Benedict, Logansport; Susan (Kevin) Henry, Logansport; Mary (C.W.) Wright, Logansport; Vicki (Rocky) King, Lafayette, IN; one brother, Harry Mullett Jr., Logansport; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and her dog Junior.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday June 28, 2017 from 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM at the Gundrum Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cass County Humane Society.
