Lindsay Moore

Services for Lindsay C. Moore, 27, Royal Center, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Gundrum Funeral Home.

She died at 9:11 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2007, in the Emergency Room at Logansport Memorial Hospital.

Born July 2, 1979, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Donald J. and Judy A. Blount Moore.

Lindsay was a 1997 graduate of Logansport High School.

Surviving are one daughter, Madison Nicole Berry, Kokomo; her mother, Judy A. Moore, Chandler, Ariz.; her father, Donald “Donnie” J. Moore, Logansport; one sister, Shae Nicole Moore, Logansport; maternal grandmother, Troy Newell, Royal Center; maternal grandfather, Carl Newell, Royal Center; paternal grandparents, Donald and Josephine Moore, Logansport; nephew, Alex Bell, Logansport; and two uncles, Jeff Blount, Royal Center, and Mike Moore, Logansport.

The Rev. Gary Lewis will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Davis Cemetery, Burnettsville.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
