Lynda Carter

Lynda Marie Carter, 41, of Logansport, passed away at 8:50 am Sunday Dec. 14, 2014 in Logansport Memorial Hospital.

Born Nov. 14, 1973 in Hammond, IN to the late James and Judy (Smith) Carter.

Lynda was a homemaker and a student who enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include one daughter, Eryn Vail (age 20), Lafayette; one son, A. J. Dowling (age 10), Lafayette; one aunt, Jean Murray (age 83), Logansport; one nephew, Johnathon Carter (age 27), Goshen;  and one niece, Angelina Vick (age 37), Colorado.

Two brothers, Bobby and Jimmy Carter have preceded in death.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, Dec. 19, 2014 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Orr officiating.

A visitation will be held from noon until time of service Friday at the Gundrum Funeral Home.

A private burial will take place in Spring Creek Cemetery near Loganspsort.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
