Marilyn E. Deniston

Marilyn E. Deniston, 99, of Walton, passed away Saturday, August 12, 2023, in her residence.

Born on March 14, 1924, Marilyn is the daughter of the late Joe and Wanda (Lybrook) Williamson.  On December 1, 1946, Marilyn married James R. Deniston who preceded her in death on December 20, 2008.

Marilyn was a farmer’s wife and a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.  She enjoyed playing BINGO, traveling and spending time with her family.

Surviving Marilyn is a son, Stephen (Susanne) Deniston of Walton; daughter, Cynde (Rick) Snider of Lebuc, ME; six grandchildren, Steven (Margot) Snider of Colorado; Tim (Meg) Snider of Atlanta, GA; Eric Deniston of Walton; Brian (Destiny) Deniston of Walton; Angie (Darin) Gaede of Iowa; Amy Brown of Iowa; six great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, husband, an infant daughter, Melinda Sue Deniston; son, Michael Alan Deniston; and a brother, Joe Williamson.

Per Marilyn’s request, there will be no services.
