Mark Kemper

Mark E. Kemper, 57, of Logansport, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 10:00 am in his residence.

Born August 16, 1956 in Logansport, he was the son of the late Melvin S. "Peck" and Janet Ann (Baker) Kemper.

Marked worked as a special attendant for the Logansport State Hospital for over 30 years. He was a 1973 graduate of Logansport High School, and enjoyed working with computers.

Surviving is one son, Steven Kemper, Logansport; granddaughter, Alexys Kemper, Kokomo; two brothers, Robert (Chris) Kemper, Jacksonville, FL; Sheldon Kemper, Walton; sister, Lynn (Wayne) Steiger, Highlands Ranch, CO; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his life partner LeAnn Jane Stockheimer.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 in the Walton Christian Church, with Rev. Bill Collins officiating.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 6:00 PM on Wednesday, also in the Church.
