Mark W. Shaver

Services for Mark W. Shaver, 39, Logansport, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Gundrum Funeral Home.

He died at 11:03 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, in Logansport Memorial Hospital.

Born Feb. 7, 1968, in Logansport, he was the son of Donald Eugene Shaver and Vivian Felz.

Mark was employed at Martin’s Supermarket in Logansport.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and Thespian Group 1577. Mark was a sports fan and especially enjoyed NASCAR.

Surviving are parents, Donald E. and Vivian Shaver, Logansport; brothers, Patrick Shaver, Logansport; David Lee Shaver and wife, Teresa, Monticello; Michael Shaver and wife, Vanessa, Logansport; James Shaver and wife, Tracy Deerfield, Wisc.; aunts, Betty Davidson and husband, Dale, Logansport; Phyllis Marshall and husband, Phillip, Beaver Creek, Ohio; Betty Jo Koetters, Idaho; Marlene Burdine, Calif.; uncles, Amos Lee Burdine, Idaho; Earl Eurdine and wife Delta, Clarks Hill; Ron Brose and wife, Barb, Lafayette; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.

Rev. Bill Shannon and Rev. Jeff Ropp will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.

Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church.
