Marvin Warren

Marvin Warren, 71, of Burrows, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Chase Center in Logansport.

Born December 17, 1941 in Owenton, Kentucky, he was the son of the late James A. and Flossie (Connley) Warren. On August 10, 1968 in Madison, Indiana he married Patricia L. Sink who survives.

Marvin retired from Exide Battery and Co-Tronics in Logansport.

He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Logansport. Marvin loved animals, enjoyed watching auto racing, working with his hands, boating, traveling, spending time with his family, and watching his grandchildren in all their activities.

Surviving along with his wife is one son, Ron (Julie) Sink, Logansport; four granddaughters, Holly (Dustin) McKinley, Oceanside, CA; Kristen Sink, Norfolk, VA; Shannon Sink; and Caitlynn Sink, both of Logansport; four brothers, Wilbur (Brenda) Warren, LeRoy Warren, Joe Warren, and Billy Ray Warren, all of Kentucky; two sisters, Norma Jean Dabney, North Carolina; and Betty Jean Dabney; Sister in law, Barbara DeBoer, Florida.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Henry Warren, and one sister, Nellie Warren.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, June 7, 2013 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Dr. Horace Smith officiating. Burial will be in Burrows Cemetery in Burrows.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday, also in the funeral home
