Mary F. Hayden, 81, Logansport, died at 12:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, 2012 in Memorial Hospital.

She was born March 14, 1931, in Logansport, the daughter of Joyce S. and Goldie I. Beeler Johnson. She was married June 3, 1950, in Logansport to James “Jim” Hayden, who preceded in death on Jan. 19, 2010.

She worked for H.W. Gossard Co., Taymor Industries and P.C.A.

She was a graduate of Pioneer High School. Mary was a member of the Niddee Shrine Guild. She loved to go to auctions and spend time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include a daughter, Connie Taylor and husband, Fred, Logansport; a son, Bill Hayden and wife, Peggy, Logansport; a
brother, Carl “Ed” Johnson and wife, Pat, Royal Center; two granddaughters, Dawn Kabat and husband, Jeff, and Regina
McAninch and husband, Marvin, all of Logansport; three grandsons, James Taylor and wife, Marcia, Matthew Hayden and
wife, Bridget, and Anthony Hayden and wife, Stephanie, all of Logansport; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson;
three stepgreat-grandchildren; nine stepgreat-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A sister, Patty Knox; two sons; and one stepgrandson preceded in death.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Gundrum Funeral Home, with Pastor Ryan Lewellen officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Visitation will be 1-5 p.m. today at Gundrum Funeral Home, where a Niddee Shrine Guild Service will be conducted at 4:30 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children and Hope Hospice.
